Ray Bozzer has been in the aviation industry for more than 45 years and has held the following positions:
1. Director of Maintenance and Planning/Person Responsible for Maintenance.
2. Director of Quality Assurance and Planning.
3. Planning Manager.
4. Maintenance Supervisor.
5. Aircraft Conversion Manager.
6. On-site representative for major modifications and repairs.
Ray has a current Transport Canada Civil Aviation aircraft maintenance license, categories M1 and M2. Ray has also taken the Project Management course offered at Simon Fraser University.

Both companies are HUB-Zone minority-owned Small Business Administration (8A) government contracting company who facilitates in procuring medical contracts & other resources for the government. We have over 30 years of experience in the medical and government-contracting sphere and have secured government contracts for countless corporations and government entities.

We are a physician-based entity and offer both private corporations and governments invaluable advantages in procuring medical resources for the community. Due to our relationships our organizations have extended into food procurement, petroleum products, and metals including precious and semiprecious metals. Our most valuable assets are experience and invaluable relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
